Jane Horan
Past Director of Management & Organisational Development for Kraft Foods Asia
Jane Horan is the immediate past Director of Management & Organisational Development for Kraft Foods Asia based in Singapore and is responsible for leading the formulation and implementation of Krafts employee development and talent management strategies. Prior to joining Kraft, Jane was Executive Director of Organisational Development for The Walt Disney Company (Asia Pacific) based in Hong Kong. Whilst at Disney Jane was accountable to lead all Talent Management, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Strategic Learning, Talent & Succession Planning and Organisation and Culture Change initiatives across Asia Pacific. Jane has published articles and is a frequent speaker on business-driven action learning, change management, and transformational women leaders. Of late, Jane provides workshops and coaching to women on organisational savvy and high integrity tactics for career development. Jane is currently pursuing a PhD in Education with Bristol University, focusing on Transformational Asian Women Leaders.
